Frequently asked questions

No, I provide all equipment required such as straps, mats and bolsters. Feel free to bring your own if you prefer but all you need is some water for hydration.

Absolutely! My classes are tailored for beginners and intermediates. Small class sizes also ensure I can adapt any given exercise to suit you. The main thing is that you enjoy the experience. Flexibility can come with time.

There are currently two options when purchasing classes.

I offer a 6 week bundle for 66euro (contact me for starting dates but a schedule will appear on this website shortly once it's fully up and running).

This option is the best value for money and I design each 6 week bundle to progress certain areas of yoga. Your place is guaranteed for 6 weeks and you also have first turn down on any slots available in the next 6 week bundle.

I also offer a drop in rate which is only available if a space is free at a cost of 14euro per session.
